Why APT?

I understand that everyone is unique; however, we all have a desire and requirement to be stronger in our daily lives. From being able to run errands, play with children, or compete in a sport, we all require strength and fitness – whether it is physically, mentally, or emotionally. All of this can be achieved through our body’s adaptation to lifting weights. 

We offer remote coaching, which allows you to work from anywhere in the world training a customised plan for your success. Alternatively, in person training includes:

Olympic Weightlifting: Certified by Russian Strength Sports Federation / Greenwood WL Certified Coach 
Powerlifting: Certified by Russian Strength Sports Federation 
Modified Strongman: Certified by Russian Strength Sports Federation

Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours or you will charged for the session. Any booking of ten sessions must be completed within 12 weeks.
